Terms and Conditions: “Get 50 zł off your first purchase with PayPo”

These terms and conditions of the promotion entitled ‘Get 50 zł on your first purchase with PayPo’ (hereinafter also referred to as: “Promotion”) set out the operating principles, terms and conditions, scope and complaints procedure of the Promotion, the rules for participating in it, the rights of participants in the Promotion, and the obligations of the Organiser (hereinafter also referred to as: “Promotion Terms and Conditions”).

§ 1. General provisions

  1. The organiser of the “Get 50 zł off your first purchase with PayPo” promotion is Meester Group sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Poznań, ul. Wagrowska 2, 61-369 Poznań (also the address for service), entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for Poznań – Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000718471, NIP 7822769523, REGON 368932069, with a share capital of 1,000,000 PLN, paid up in full.   2. The Promotion Partner providing the payment method is PayPo Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as ‘PayPo’).

  3. The promotion is being run within the territory of the Republic of Poland via the huzaro.pl website, available at the following URL: https://www.huzaro.pl/ (hereinafter also referred to as: ‘the Website’).

  4. Customers who purchase Products in a single order and meet the other conditions set out in these Promotion Terms and Conditions, in particular the condition of making their first payment via the PayPo service, are eligible to take part in the Promotion (hereinafter also referred to as: ‘Promotion Participant’).

  5. The promotion is advertised on the website.

  6. The number of codes available as part of the Promotion is limited to 250 items. The discount is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis for orders that meet the terms of the promotion.

§ 2. Subject of the Promotion and terms and conditions of the Promotion

  1. The subject of the Promotion is the opportunity for Promotion Participants to benefit from a fixed-amount discount of 50 zł (in words: fifty zlotys) with a promotional code HUZARO50, deducted from the order value (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Discount’), provided that an order is placed, a promotional code is entered and the PayPo deferred payment option is selected as part of the service “Pay in 30 days” as the Participant’s first transaction using the PayPo system.

  2. The promotion is valid from 3 August 2026 to 30 September 2026 or until the allocation is exhausted 250 codes (hereinafter also referred to as: ‘Promotion Period’).

  3. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge.

  4. To take part in the Promotion, the Participant must meet all of the following conditions:

    • (a) Conclude a contract for the sale of products via the Website during the Promotion Period.

    • (b) Enter the promotional code HUZARO50 when placing an order.

    • (c) Select PayPo deferred payment as your payment method within the service “Pay in 30 days”.

    • (d) Successfully pass verification in the PayPo system and make a payment — note that the Promotion applies only to a Participant’s first-ever transaction carried out via the PayPo service (the Promotion is aimed exclusively at new PayPo customers).

  5. This promotion is not available to anyone who has previously used PayPo’s services (i.e. who has made any transaction using PayPo in the past, whether on the website or in other shops).

  6. Detailed terms and conditions governing the PayPo service can be found in the Promotional Code Terms and Conditions and the ‘Pay in 30 Days’ Service Terms and Conditions on the paypo.pl website.

  7. This promotion does not apply to products in the Outlet category. Purchases of products from the Outlet category do not qualify for this promotion.

  8. This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes available on the Website, unless the terms and conditions of the promotion in question state otherwise.

  9. Benefits (discounts) awarded as part of the Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other means of payment and are non-transferable. The Promotion may only be used once.

  10. A Participant in the Promotion, when purchasing products on the Website, has the right – but not the obligation – to take advantage of the Promotion.

§ 3. Complaints

  1. Any complaints relating to the Promotion may be submitted by email to: sklep@huzaro.pl.

  2. The participant will be informed of the outcome of the complaint within 14 days of its receipt, either by email or in writing.

  3. Complaints are dealt with by Meester Group, in accordance, in particular, with these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

§ 4. Final provisions

  1. These Promotion Terms and Conditions are available at the Website’s URL.

  2. Unless the context indicates otherwise, terms written with a capital letter have the meanings set out in the Website Terms and Conditions, available at: https://www.huzaro.pl/pages/regulamin (hereinafter: ‘the Rules’).

  3. In matters not covered by the Promotion Terms and Conditions, the relevant provisions of the Terms and Conditions shall apply.

  4. Meester Group reserves the right to cancel the Promotion at any time, without giving any reason.

  6. Meester Group reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion in the event of valid reasons, such as:

    • (a) changes to the legal provisions governing the organisation of promotional campaigns,

    • (b) technical or technological changes affecting the way the Promotion is carried out,

    • (c) changes to the legislation governing electronic sales or services, or to the interpretation of such legislation,

    • (d) changes to the scope or manner of provision of the services covered by the Terms and Conditions.

  7. In the event of any changes, Meester Group will publish the consolidated text of the Promotion Terms and Conditions on its website. The changes shall take effect from the moment they are published and clearly marked.
