Rules and Regulations for the ‘Huzaro Competition – Predict the Final’
§1 General provisions
1.1. These terms and conditions, hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”, set out the rules, scope and conditions for participation in a promotional campaign organised by the Organiser on the Huzaro brand’s Instagram profile, hereinafter referred to as the “Competition”.
1.2. The organiser of the Competition is Meester Group spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered office in Poznań at 2 Wagrowska Street, 61-369 Poznań, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for Poznań-Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under number 0000718471 (hereinafter: ‘the Organiser’).
1.3. The competition will take place within the territory of the Republic of Poland from 11 June 2026 at 11:00 until 9 July 2026 at 11:00 (hereinafter: “Competition Period”) via a post (hereinafter: “Competition Post”) on the Huzaro brand’s profile on the Instagram social media platform (hereinafter: “Instagram”), which is available at: https://www.instagram.com/huzaro_chairs/ (hereinafter: the “Profile”).
1.4. In view of the current requirements set out in Instagram’s terms and conditions, the Organiser hereby declares that the Competition, organised via these profiles, is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or directly associated with Instagram.
1.5. The aim of the Competition is to select the Instagram user who best completes the competition task, as described in §2(2)(4) of these Rules, set by the Organiser.
1.6. A participant may not transfer their participation in the Competition, or the rights and obligations associated with it, including the right to claim the prize awarded, to any third party.
1.7. Participation in the Competition and the provision of data relating to such participation are entirely voluntary, and also imply that the Participant has read the Competition Rules and fully accepts them.
§2 Rules for taking part in the Competition
2.1 Only natural persons who are at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity, or minors with the consent of their parents or legal guardians, who are registered – that is, who have an active and public Instagram profile, in accordance with Instagram’s terms and conditions, and who are resident in the Republic of Poland. A model consent form is set out in Appendix 1 to these Rules.
2.2 Employees and associates of the Organiser are not eligible to take part in the Competition. For the purposes of these Rules, ‘associates’ means all persons working with the Organiser or the Sponsor on the basis of civil law contracts. Family members of these persons are also not permitted to take part in the Competition. The term ‘family members’ is understood to mean: ascendants, descendants, siblings, spouses, parents of spouses, adopted children, and cohabiting partners.
2.3 The Organiser is entitled to verify compliance with the conditions of participation in the Competition if there is reasonable suspicion that a Participant is acting in breach of these Rules. The Organiser is entitled to exclude a Participant from the Competition and to refuse to award them a prize, if they do not meet the conditions for participation in the Competition as set out in these Rules, or if there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the text submitted by the Participant in fulfilment of the Competition Task infringes the rights of third parties.
2.4 To take part in the Competition (Competition Entry), entrants must be the first to correctly predict which teams will play in the 2026 World Cup final and must also provide the correct score of that final. The selected teams and the score must be entered in a comment beneath the competition post in the pinned post on the Huzaro profile, then take a screenshot of your comment and send the image via a private message on Instagram to the @huzaro_chairs profile, and follow the aforementioned profile.
2.5 During the duration of the Competition, as specified in § 1(3) of these Rules, a Participant may submit a maximum of 1 (one) Competition Entry (in the form of a comment). It is prohibited for any one person to use more than one profile on the Website, in particular by creating fictitious profiles. In the event of a reasonable suspicion that a Participant is using a fictitious profile, all entries submitted by that person will be removed and will not be considered in the Competition.
2.6 Upon submitting a Competition Entry, the Participant grants the Organiser and the Sponsor a royalty-free, transferable but non-exclusive licence to use the intellectual property rights contained in the relevant Competition Entry (irrespective of whether the Participant receives a prize), in particular the works, without any territorial, temporal or quantitative restrictions, with the right to grant sub-licences, in the following fields of exploitation:
(a) the reproduction and duplication by any means, including, in particular, the printing process;
(b) placing on the market;
c) the use of the whole or individual elements for the purpose of creating any advertising materials (for example, press advertisements, leaflets, posters of any size, special-occasion materials) and their use as part of advertising materials, by recording and reproducing them using the techniques described in point a. above, as well as placing them on the market, distributing them, letting them, lending them, and making them publicly available in such a way that anyone may have access to them at a place and time of their choosing;
(d) the distribution and making available on the Internet by storing on a computer, irrespective of the number of transmissions, broadcasts or copies produced;
(e) distribution in any other manner, in whole or in part; broadcasting via television, wired and wireless sound transmission by terrestrial stations or via satellite; exhibition, display, public performance, simultaneous and integral broadcasting with another organisation or radio or television broadcaster, or making a work available to the public in such a way that anyone may have access to it at a place and time of their choosing;
(f) letting, leasing, or registering a work as a trade mark, a utility model or an industrial design.
2.7 Under the licence set out above, the Participant’s work contained in the Competition Entry may be used in any manner, adapted, distributed in whole or in part, in combination with other works, and may be modified or adapted, in particular for the purposes of promotion and advertising, including in the form of posters, leaflets and audiovisual advertisements. The Participant consents to the use of and disposition regarding the adaptation of their work (consent to the exercise of derivative rights), including the right to further authorise the exercise of derivative rights.
2.8 Competition entries must comply with the law and generally accepted standards of decency, including: it must not contain content generally regarded as offensive; it must not offend the religious or political sensibilities of third parties, nor infringe the rights or personal interests of third parties.
2.9 Upon submitting their Competition Entry, the Participant consents to the Organiser’s use of the Participant’s image, as captured in the Competition Entry, for promotional purposes relating to the Huzaro brand on Instagram, and also declares that they have the consent of any third parties whose likenesses are captured in the Competition Entry for such use.
§3 Prizes in the Competition
3.1 The prize in the Competition is (hereinafter: ‘the Prize’):
- Huzaro Force 5.7 black gaming chair
3.2 The winners of the Competition will be selected by the Competition Committee. The Competition Committee consists of three people appointed by the Organiser.
3.3 In selecting the Winners, the Committee exercises its own discretion in assessing the Competition Entry.
3.4 Participants are not entitled to request payment of the cash equivalent of the prize or to exchange it for another prize.
3.5 Information about the selected Competition Winners, including their usernames on Instagram, will be published as a comment beneath the Competition Post on Instagram within 14 working days of the Competition closing date.
§4 Rules governing the awarding of prizes in the Competition
4.1 The Organiser will notify the Competition Winners of their win in the manner specified in § 3(3.5). Winners are asked to contact the Organiser via a private message on Instagram to arrange how the Prize will be awarded.
4.2 In response to the message referred to above, the Organiser will request that the Competition Winners provide the details necessary for the award of the prize, such as:
- the winner’s first name and surname;
- the address to which the Prize is to be sent;
- telephone number;
4.3 The Winner is required to send the details (via a private message on Instagram, from the account through which the Organiser sent the notification) referred to in point 2 within 5 days of receiving the message from the Organiser. Failure by the Winner to provide the details referred to in paragraph 2 above within the time limit specified in the first sentence shall result in the Winner forfeiting their right to the Prize.
4.4 If it is not possible to notify the Winner that they have won the Prize, or if the Winner fails to make contact within the specified time limit, or if the Competition Winner fails to provide the required details within 5 days of being notified of their win, or provides false details, the prize will not be awarded and the Winner will forfeit their right to the prize. In such a case, the Organiser shall repeat the procedure for notifying the winner and shall contact the next person who achieved the next lowest placing in the Competition, or shall decide to forfeit the prize.
4.5 Prizes will be sent by the Organiser to the address provided by the Participant.
4.6 The Organiser does not intend to inform Participants who have not been selected as winners of their individual results in the Competition.
§5 Complaints procedure
5.1 Complaints regarding the Competitions must be submitted in writing to the following postal address: Meester Group Sp. z o.o., ul. Wagrowska 2, 61-369 Poznań, or by email to: kontakt@meestergroup.pl
5.2 Complaints will be resolved within 14 days of the date on which the relevant complaint is received by the Competition Committee appointed by the Organiser. The Competition Committee’s decision regarding the complaint is final. No appeal against the Competition Committee’s decision may be lodged with any other bodies of the Organiser. This does not affect the Participant’s right to pursue any claims to which they are entitled through legal proceedings.
5.3 Complaints may be lodged during the duration of the Competition and no later than one month from the date of the Competition’s conclusion. After this deadline has passed, complaints will not be considered.
5.4 A correctly submitted complaint should include: the Participant’s first name, surname and exact address, as well as the reasons for the complaint.
5.5 The participant will be notified in writing of the outcome of the complaint at the address provided in the complaint.
§6 Personal Data
6.1 The data controller for the personal data of Competition Participants and Competition Winners processed in connection with the Competition is Meester Group sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Poznań at 2 Wagrowska Street, 61-369 Poznań, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for Poznań-Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under number 0000718471. 6.2 The personal data of Competition Entrants and Competition Winners will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Official Journal of the European Union L 119/1, hereinafter referred to as: ‘the Regulation’) for the purposes of conducting the Competition, including contacting participants, selecting the Winner and awarding the Prizes, as well as for the purposes of handling any complaints lodged in accordance with § 5 of the Rules.
6.3 Competition entrants and winners are required to inform the data controller of any changes to the personal data they have provided.
6.4 Posting a comment in response to a Competition Post, in the manner specified in § 2 of the Comment Rules, constitutes consent to the processing of personal data by the Organiser.
6.5 A Competition entrant must not provide the Organiser with the personal data of third parties. However, if they do provide such data, they shall, at the same time and on each occasion, declare that they have the relevant consent from those third parties for the provision and processing of that data by the Entity organising the Competition.
6.6 In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the Regulation, the Organiser hereby informs the Competition Participants that:
1) Personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
(a) the organisation of the Competition on the basis of the consent given by the Competition Participant (Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation). Consent is given by means of an explicit confirmatory action, i.e. by adding a Comment under the Competition Post referred to in §2 of the Rules
and
b) for the purposes of handling complaints in the event of a complaint being lodged, as referred to in §5 of the Terms and Conditions (in fulfilment of a legal obligation incumbent on the Data Controller – Article 6(1)(c) of the Regulation in conjunction with Article 8(3)(4) of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means),
(c) for the purposes of the Controller’s legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation). The Controller’s legitimate interest is the ability to defend itself and/or pursue its claims in the event of a complaint being lodged, as referred to in §5 of the Terms and Conditions;

3) Data may be disclosed to other entities through which the Competition will be organised, solely in connection with the Competition, in particular to entities providing IT services (development and maintenance of IT systems and websites), courier services and legal services; data may also be made available to entities authorised under the provisions of the law;
4) Personal data will be transferred to a third country in connection with the storage of personal data on Instagram’s server. 5) The data will be retained for the duration of the Competition, as specified in §1(1).3 of the Rules; in the case of Winners, also for a period of 30 days following the end of the Competition for the purposes of contacting them and dispatching the Prize, and in the event of a complaint being lodged, also to the extent and for the duration of the complaint procedure;
6) A Competition participant has the right to request from the Competition Organiser access to their data, its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to object to processing and the right to data portability – in legally justified cases provided for in the Regulation – by sending their requests by registered post to the following address: Meester Group Sp. z o.o., ul. 7) A Competition entrant may withdraw their consent at any time (which does not affect the lawfulness of data processing prior to the withdrawal of consent). Consent may be withdrawn by: sending an email to the address
kontakt@meestergroup.pl; withdrawal of consent is tantamount to withdrawing from further participation in the Competition. In the event of a complaint being lodged, the Competition Organiser is entitled to process the Competition Participant’s data to the extent necessary to consider the substance of the Competition Participant’s request, irrespective of the withdrawal of consent;
8) A Competition participant is entitled to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority within the meaning of the Regulation in legally justified cases as provided for in the Regulation;
9) The provision of personal data by Competition Participants is voluntary; however, it is essential in order to take part in the Competition;
10) Personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling
§7 Final Provisions
7.1 The provisions of these Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the generally applicable provisions shall apply, in particular those of the Civil Code.
7.2 The Organiser reserves the right to amend the provisions of these Rules and Regulations where this is justified by the purpose of the Competition and does not result in a deterioration of the conditions of participation in the Competition.
7.3 The rules governing the conduct of the Competitions are set out exclusively in these Terms and Conditions.
7.4 As part of the Competition, the Organiser shall provide Participants, free of charge and in accordance with the terms set out in these Rules, with electronic services to the extent necessary for the running of the Competition.
7.5 Services provided electronically for the purposes of the Competition shall be understood to include services such as:
1) making the Terms and Conditions available on Instagram;
2) to enable participants to familiarise themselves with the Competition Task;
3) to enable participants to take part in the Competition.
7.6 A contract for the provision of electronic services is concluded as soon as the Participant begins to use the services covered by these Terms and Conditions.
7.7 The contract for the provision of electronic services may be terminated at any time by the Participant by closing the Organiser’s profile on Instagram or by withdrawing from the Competition.
7.8 A technical requirement for using the services provided electronically is that you have a web browser installed, such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Chrome or Safari, and a profile on the Website.
7.9 The Organiser reserves the right to state that the use of the services covered by these Terms and Conditions may involve the standard risks associated with using the Internet, and recommends that Participants take appropriate steps to minimise these risks.
7.10 The provisions of § 5 of the Terms and Conditions shall apply mutatis mutandis to complaints regarding services provided electronically, provided that the time limit for lodging a complaint shall be calculated from the moment the event giving rise to the complaint occurs.
7.11 These Competition Rules are available to Participants at the Organiser’s registered office and on the Huzaro.pl website, in a format that allows them to be downloaded to an end-user device in PDF format, stored and viewed in the normal course of business.
