These terms and conditions set out the rules for using the ‘Newsletter’ service and the terms and conditions for the issue and use of a one-off 10% discount code for signing up to the subscriber database.

2. What does the Newsletter service involve?

The service is completely free of charge and voluntary.

This involves the Seller periodically sending commercial and marketing information, as well as details of new products, promotions and special offers available in the Huzaro shop, to your email address.

Anyone may use the service (both consumers and business customers with consumer rights).
3. How do I sign up for the newsletter?
To join our subscribers and claim your discount, follow these steps:

Enter your current email address in the field labelled ‘Email address’ in the pop-up window on the Huzaro.pl website.

Click the button “SIGN UP”. As stated in the form: by clicking the ‘SIGN UP’ button, you accept the shop’s terms and conditions and privacy policy.

Confirm your registration by clicking on the unique activation link that we will send to your email address (double opt-in procedure). Once you click on the link, a contract for the provision of electronic services for an indefinite period is concluded.
4. Promotion rules
As a new subscriber who has successfully completed the sign-up process, you will receive a one-off Discount Code worth 10% off. The key terms and conditions for redeeming it are as follows:

This offer is available only to people who are registering a particular email address with Huzaro.pl for the first time.

The code is valid for 30 days from the date you receive it by email.

This code cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes.

The discount reduces the total value of the items in your basket, but does not include delivery charges.

The code must be entered manually in the designated field in the basket before placing your order. The discount does not apply retrospectively to orders that have already been placed.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract and return of the goods, the consumer will be refunded the amount actually paid (after the discount has been applied). A one-off code, once used, is not reissued.
5. How do I unsubscribe?

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter service at at any time, without giving a reason and without incurring any costs.
