Terms and Conditions for the ‘Free Delivery’ promotion from 24 April 2026 to 27 April 2026

These terms and conditions of the promotion entitled “Free delivery” (hereinafter also referred to as: ‘the Promotion’) set out the operating principles, terms and conditions, scope and complaints procedure of the Promotion, the rules for taking part in it, the rights of participants in the Promotion, and the Organiser’s obligations (hereinafter also referred to as: ‘the Promotion Terms and Conditions’).

The organiser of the promotion is Meester Group sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Poznań, ul. The promotion is being run via the website available at: https://www.huzaro.pl/ (hereinafter: ‘the Website’).

Subject of the Promotion and terms and conditions

  1. The subject of the promotion is the opportunity to take advantage of the offer “Free delivery” on selected products from 24 April 2026 to 27 April 2026 (hereinafter: ‘Promotion Period’).

  2. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge.

  3. This offer cannot be combined with other offers or discount codes provided by the Organiser, unless the terms and conditions of another promotion expressly state otherwise.

  4. This promotion does not apply to products in the Outlet category. Purchases of products in this category do not qualify for free delivery under this promotion.

  5. To take part in the Promotion, you must enter into a contract for the sale of products via the Website during the Promotion Period.

  6. The benefits awarded may not be exchanged for cash or other means of payment and are non-transferable.

Complaints

  1. Any complaints relating to the Promotion may be submitted by email to the following address: sklep@huzaro.pl.

  2. The complaint will be dealt with within the specified timeframe 14 days from the date of receipt. The Participant will be notified of the decision by email or in writing.

Final provisions

  1. These Promotion Terms and Conditions are available on the Website.

  2. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Website Terms and Conditions (available at: https://www.huzaro.pl/pl/i/Regulamin/3).

  3. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the Promotion at any time without giving a reason; this shall not affect any rights acquired by Participants prior to the cancellation.

  5. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion for valid reasons (e.g. changes in legislation, technical issues). Any amendments shall take effect from the moment they are published on the Website.
